According to the different substrates choose the right type of aluminum. The quality of aluminum is mainly by visual inspection and feel to check, such as checking the color of aluminum, brightness and trachoma. Good quality aluminum requires uniform color, bright after stamping, no trachoma. For aluminum fastness and tightness can generally be rubbed by hand, or with Scotch tape to stick to the surface of the test. If the aluminum is not easy to fall off, indicating the fastness, tightness is better, more suitable for hot stamping small text patterns, hot stamping is not easy to paste version; if gently rub the aluminum have to fall off, then the tightness of the poor, only Can be used for graphic sparse stamping; In addition, pay attention to the broken aluminum foil, broken head, the better.

It is noteworthy that the aluminum must be properly stored, should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, not with acid, alkali, alcohol and other substances in a place, and have moisture, heat, sun and other measures, or aluminum will shorten Period of use.

Make a good hot plate. Hot stamping version generally copper, zinc and resin version, relatively speaking, the best copper version, zinc version of the moderate, slightly less resin version. Therefore, for the fine stamping, copper should be used as much as possible. For the hot stamping version, requiring its surface smooth, graphic lines clear, clean edges, no pitting and burrs. If the surface is slightly uneven or slightly scratched, fluff, the fine carbon can be used to gently wipe it flat and smooth. Hot stamping version of the decay depth should be slightly deeper, at least more than 0.6mm, the slope at about 70 °, in order to ensure that the stamping graphic clarity, reduce contiguous and paste version, while improving the printing rate. Hot stamping text, lines and patterns are very particular about the design. The text should be as fine as possible, reasonable density, such as too small and too thin, easy pen outline; too thick too dense, easy paste version.

Control the hot stamping temperature. Hot stamping temperature on the hot melt silicone adhesive off the layer and the degree of melting has a greater impact, the stamping temperature must not be lower than the lower limit of the temperature range of the aluminum, which is to ensure the lowest temperature melting aluminum foil.

If the temperature is too low, insufficient melting, can cause stamping is not on or hot stamping is not strong, so imprints not strong, incomplete, lack of strokes or flowers; and the temperature is too high, the melting over, causing the blot around the attachment Of the aluminum also melted off and produce a paste version, while the high temperature will make the color layer of synthetic resin and dye oxidative polymerization, blot blister or fog spots, and lead to the surface of the aluminum layer and the protective layer of oxidation, the hot stamping products to reduce Brightness or loss of metallic luster. In general, the electric temperature should be adjusted between 80 ~ 180 ℃, hot stamping area is larger, the electric temperature is relatively higher; the other hand, the lower.
