Composition of plastic bag

- Apr 18, 2018 -

In general, plastic bags that are not completely environmentally friendly can only be degraded after adding some ingredients to some plastic bags. That is, biodegradable plastics. Adding a certain amount of additives (such as starch, modified starch or other cellulose, photosensitizers, biodegradants, etc.) in the production process of plastic packaging products, so that the stability of plastic packaging is reduced, and it is easier to degrade in the natural environment. . In Beijing, there are 19 units that develop or produce degradable plastics. Tests have shown that most of the degradable plastics begin to thin, lose weight, and decrease in strength after being exposed to the general environment for 3 months, and gradually crack into pieces. If these fragments are buried in waste or soil, the degradation effect is not obvious. The use of biodegradable plastics has four shortcomings: one is that it consumes more food; second, the use of biodegradable plastic products still does not completely eliminate “visual pollution”; and third, because of technical reasons, the use of biodegradable plastic products cannot completely solve the problem of the environment. "Potential hazards"; Fourth, biodegradable plastics are difficult to recycle because they contain special additives.

In fact, the most environmentally friendly thing is to use less plastic bags or fixed plastic bags to reduce the amount, and at the same time it can be recycled by the government to reduce environmental pollution.
